I managed to ruin my hard drive and got a 120gb replacement hard drive. All of the links to "Mark Lord's Special Disc Builder' that I can find say the file doesn't exist anymore. Does someone have a current link to a site I can download the builder? Thanks for entertaining my amateur questions.

Gah! RTR.CA is having some kind of trouble. That's our main place to get the stuff! I hope Mark can fix up the trouble soon. In the meantime, maybe someone can email you their copy of the builder; I don't have it handy here.

Background: rebooted the server today after a kernel upgrade, and for some reason Apache didn't start up automatically.

Started it manually (fine). Still investigating.

Mmm.. not sure why it failed to start, but I've changed the init order and rebooted again to test things, and all *seems* fine this time around.
