I somehow got some crapware installed on my computer and it is causing pop ups. Like when I open firefox with the homepage set to google I get a popup. I have ran spybot, avg, and the trend micro online scan and can't get rid of it. I there a way to tell what is generating the popup ?

Trying disabling all extensions, themes and plugins. Does it also open the pop ups in IE? Try hijackthis and paste the log onto here and here.
