veixl journeyman Registered: 26/08/2000 Posts: 98 Loc: Tartu, Estonia, Europe	I have a problem. I was upgrade-ing player software at work, when secretary pulled out the wrong plug, empegs. So the power got disconnected when player software was being upgraded. I started upgrade again but nothing happens. The player is showing boot logo and the upgrade progress window shows no progress. altman carpal tunnel Registered: 19/05/1999 Posts: 3457 Loc: Palo Alto, CA	Re-try the upgrade. It should work - you shouldn't be able to trash the player to the state where it can't be upgraded. Note! You need to power the empeg down, start the upgade process, then plug it into the wall when prompted by the upgrader. Hugo

You need to power the empeg down, start the upgade process, then plug it into the wall when prompted by the upgrader.
