drakino carpal tunnel Registered: 08/06/1999 Posts: 7868	Yahoo has a few bits of info on the countersuit Roxio is filing against Gracenote. Should be interesting to see what happens from this, because basicially Roxio is saying Gracenote had no right to grab the CDDB like they did. I'm really hoping something good comes out of this, but knowing the speed of the legal system, everyone will have switched to freedb. Oh well.

And day after day we get scrwed royally by yet another company with a money making scheme. This imho is just one more example. It's sad.
