So I just took off the fasica and the screen and I noticed something a little strange.... It appears that some pixels are ligting up VERY faintly in a pattern counting along with the seconds. Lets see if I can explain this.

4x26 thru 4x31 are slightly (very VERY dimly) illuminated. and they change pattern depending on what second count the song is at.

I wouldn't consider this a bug, but I just wanted to see if anyone else noticed this.

I believe this is just a side-effect of the way the VFD is designed; the pixels are clocked into every column pair for each of the 64 columns; however, only two grids above a column pair are powered.

Any stray electrical fields (and that may include circuitry below the display) could in theory cause enough electron movement to give a dim glow in other columns
