The sad thing is the clue gave away the hardest word for them to remember (Array). Anybody could have guessed Video Graphics. If they had asked for the word array, without the foreknowledge before the show, many would miss the question.
It's kind of like the old question of "what was a Micro-channel buss"? Most people can remember ISA, EISA, or VESA Local busses.
