DarkStorm's "smoke" plates match my car's greenish controls better than the Empeg green plates do. That's because the VFD itself gives off a "greenish" light. If your controls are a darker more vibrant green, then go with the Empeg plate, but you might consider the clear or smoke plates offered in this thread. -Tony MkII #554 _________________________ - Tony C my empeg stuff

If you do decide to go for the empeg green, the faceplates are now listed (but last I looked backordered) in the Sonic Blue e-store. I concur with Tony, though. I have the smoke plate, and it is a much closer match to my dash lighting than the green. Paul G.
