I just ordered and received the faceplate kit from Rio. It did not come with a blue one unfortunately(which is the color I currently have already). I would kinda like to find a replacement blue faceplate to keep as a spare. Anyone know where I can find one?

That is correct. Last I heard, they were still being coated and should be in stock soon. But contacting support is the correct way to request one, I think. Just wait until they're in.

I know what hes talking about. I have been trying to get a replacement for my defective handle for 3 or 4 months now. My first few emails were ignored. After another email, some one emailed back and said they would drop one in the post for me. After about a month, I emailed asking where it was. Support said that they had run out of handles and would send me one when some more came in. I still don't have one.

Argh this is BAD NEWS for me because I was also asked to email David and he hasn't gotten back to me either. Guess I'll be waiting for months, too...

All I can say is that when David finishes each day there are NO outstanding support emails. If you haven't had a reply then something strange is happening and I suggest phoning (we have a toll free number for US clients).

That is, unless you emailed since last Thursday - there was no tech support on Thursday (power outage) and Friday (holiday).

I couldn't comment officially, but my personal experience has been that empeg.com email is a little less prone to going astray. To use an empeg.com address, simply remove the "car" portion of the riohome version.
