I received my second hand EMPEG the other day and all was good.
Until i tried to install it in my car. I made the bad mistake of trying to install in while i was tired and i stuffed up the wiring ( mix of tired + no wiring diag ) umm and i hooked up the earth to the sense lead :(
I now have a beautiful mk1 with a blue flashing light and thats it.
- tried standalone and still nogo
- tried reflashing and reformating

It still boots amd works, except for the dsplay.

I've tride contact [email protected] but i get no answer.

somebody please help me :(

btw is it possible to test the unit ot see if it ithe display PSU i killed ?

Support will explain the problem to you, and give you options for repairing the unit.

I don't know how long you have waited for a reply, but typically emails are answered within 24 hours. There has been a delay recently, however - on Thursday our power was off for most of the evening and our tech support guy was out of the office on Friday. We don't work weekends.
