The new emplode shows that my Mk2 has *many* tracks with a blank 'Duration' field. I tried to replace the tracks with newly encoded ones, but the field stays blank.

Is this caused by the AudioCatalyst / WinAmp clash? What should I do to get proper values in this field. Tried editing, but emplode doesn't allow this (yet )

In the FAQ section at RioCar.org there is a link to a piece of software that will repair a song's VBR headers if they are damaged.

I do not know if that is your specific problem or not, but if VBR headers are the problem, that will filx it.

It's a Realjukebox/Audiocatalyst clash. RJ installs a later version of the Xing compressor (Real bought Xing) which doesn't generate VBR indexes.

You're referring to MP3TagStudio, are you not?
I've used it to repair the VBR headers with success/ But now that emplode shows such info, it appears that there is also damage to the 'duration' field; it is set to blank. I'll try to re-install and old AudioCatalyst version.
