How does one place an order online through the Rio Store when it keeps asking my for a "valid County name" yet there is no line for the county to be entered into? I filled out everything except apt # and company, so I don't know what the heck it's missing...

Anyone know how to get my order in? Thanks

Are you sure it isnt country misspelled? Try reselecting the country of purchase.

I'm in Houston and can very that it is working (for Texas). I ordered a 10Gb model for a spare yesterday, even though the site lists them as out of stock. In fact, I received a shipment notification for it today.

We can get into the argument about how Texas is whole different country some other time.

That is weird, I changed my ZIP code from the ZIP+4 to just the first 5 numbers and the page that tells me to select a county shows a pulldown menu of the two counties in my ZIP code. I gues it couldn't handle the +4 part. I assume it required the county to calculate sales tax... My tuner and remotes have been ordered.
