At present, when Transient info is showing, the visual is scaled to 128x24 (instead of the usual 128x32).

For some visuals, this is the prettiest presentation; for others, scrolling up 4 pixels and cropping would be better (Anna Vu, Static), and there may even be visuals that prefer the old behaviour, with the pop-up info simply overlaying the visual.

So I would like for the visuals to each have their own preferred overlay behaviour, rather than the current "one size fits all".
