Im getting the following error too, trying to use logo editor 1.4, and the upload.exe command line tool.

reading similar posts this hasn't been resolved to a specific issue.
Tried on 2 different systems, running 98 and 95.
Will have to try on my laptop now,
hope it works, running out of systems :)
