I've had some mp3s that had some encoding issues, and it would stop the player in it's tracks(puts it into pause). Would it be possible to make it just go to the next track, with the option of automaticly marking the track for attention.

Possibly. We decided that it'd make more sense to stop, so that you know why it didn't play that track.
