Just wanted to give some hope to some of these despondent people...I was one until this afternoon!. I placed an order for a 20GB/screen kit/tuner EARLY on 27 December (~0100h) and I just got the tracking number and they also claim to be sending a tuner which I ordered even though it said it was "out of stock" at the time.

I'm just hoping this email with the tracking info wasn't a hallucination ;)
