Hello Empeg'ers

Last demonstration resulted into some discomfort with me when I was demonstrating the search functionality via the Rio-Remote control. I was asking for someone's favorite artist, when the person said: "U2".
And then the problem starts: how to use a digit in the search?
OK.. never mind he said, try this one: R.E.M. (I've it with dot's in between)... ehhh... for the second time... how I include the dot inside the search? Finally he asked for Radiohead, which was no problem.

So...
Anybody here who can explain me how to handle mentioned seach problem?

The 2 is on the 2 key. The dots are ignored. To search for R.E.M., just use {7prs}{3def}{6mno}

Surely something went exceptional wrong in my head .

Why it didn't worked ?!?!
Surely I did it wrong... blame it to the SMS-thumb
