What car are you putting it in? I traded my blue lens for a "smoked" lens made by Darkstorm. It matches my Subaru's interior very well. My Subaru uses the same "green" as all of the Ford's I've owned in the past. Because the empeg's display is naturally a bit green, the smoked lens works great. Many people say this looks better than the "empeg green" in cars. If I havn't convinced you, there is a thread in the General forum that mentions more lens may be available soon at the eStore.

...if only there were a way to get an AR coating on the smoked screens from Darkstorm. Thats the only thing stopping me. My Accord's dash has the minty-green lighting, about halfway between white and the empeg green screen.

How about like a 600 grit wet sandpaper?

It is going in a Miata. I finally got a green one from Trekkie. I never even thought about the smoked ones. Thanks everyone!
