My car (2000 Eclipse) only has screws on the front sides to mount this thing by. The empeg mount has no screw holes there, it only has one screw in the back. Unforuteately , I have no such screw there either.
Can someone please tell me what to do? I'd like it so at least one screw holds it in place!

Thanks.

With a bit of careful planning, you should be able to drill a hole into the sled to put a screw into. Get some flat headed machine screws and have the head on the inside of the case, there should be enough clearance.

You will need to be precise with the location of the screws though!

I had the same problem ('92 eclipse). Just attach it to the front plastic peice... it seems kind of flimsy but its really strong.

You could put some mounting straps on, like I did,
to that back screw hole, and then bend the tabs to secure it to the DIN support. See attatched pic for a better idea.
