Theres no easy way is there?
I want to do it with a single button click. (And sans remote)

I tried using the Hijack knob press redefinition option.
I set it to "source" but it only seems to toggle between the player and the auxiliary.
And if I set the empeg to radio manually, and then press the button it toggles out of radio to aux or player but never back to radio.
What I would really like to do is redefine the bottom button hold down function from info toggle to source toggle.
Anybody have any idea on that, or am I dreaming?

Two ways in Hijack:

(1) set the knob-press to "Tuner"; but that is uni-directional..

(2) press and hold the knob.. keep holding even when the Hijack menu appears.. it will then start cycling input sources once per second until you let go.

Ok...that kinda works.
Its a little jumpy, and you have to phase through the hijack main menu, but I guess it does the job.
Not sure what you mean by option number 1...

Any way there could be an option built into a future version of hijack to add the tuner option to the list of available sources, so I can just toggle through by quick pressing the knob?
What about redefining the long press on the bottom button? I dont think I would ever really need to quickly switch my info options. I would much rather be able to quick toggle my sources.
Any way to eliminate aux altogether?

A co-worker of mine who will remain un-named (jwtadmin) and who has had his empeg for over a year now, sez that I'm a lazy whiner, and that I should try living without a tuner at all.

Yes, the "Tuner" button is one of the available choices when the KNOB-PRESS is set to "PopUp".

Tuner is already on the "quick press" "PopUp" option menu, right beside "Source". Not as convenient as having it bypass AUX completely for those who don't use AUX (I do), but probably good enough.

Ohhhh... Its in the pop-up sub menu.
