Can you be more specific?

If there's something genuinely wrong with your display, the Cambridge guys can have you fixed up pretty quick. First, though, give us details of what you're seeing so we can be sure it's not normal.

Well, sounds like you have to contact support. Sorry your new toy is broken, but the support folks will take care of it for you quickly and efficiently.

As said in numerous other posts, owners of DOA players (even those from USA) will be better off contacting [email protected] (that is, David Moss in Cambridge, UK) rather than Sonic|Blue. Guys at original empeg will either sort the things over email or arange for free and very quick repair including overnight shipping both ways.
