When I was adjusting the EQ in my car after installing (consumer) Beta 9, the EQ worked strangely.

I set it to 4-channel mode, locked LR, and the frequencies (hz) displayed at the top of the screen were different. Instead of being the same five bands for front and back, it seemed like the front had the first five bands of the ten-band EQ, and the back had the last five bands.

The odd thing is that when I toggled it between 2-channel and 4-channel, it sounded different. So there's more going on than just the front/rear band split. I don't understand it. It's like the frequencies displayed don't correspond to the frequencies being adjusted.

Another oddity: When I cycled through the EQ presets, when it came back around to my saved 4-channel preset, it popped it back into 2-channel mode instead of leaving it at the saved 4-channel mode.
