I'm still having problems streaming with 214.

After I get an .mpu (everything looked ok so far) when it attempts to stream the individual songs (listed as: http://10.199.5.14/Bloodhound%20Gang%20%2D%20It%27s%20Tricky?FID=4940&EXT=.mp3)
I get 404 errors.

Whether or not I attempt to stream one song or many songs the result is the same. This happens for Winamp and Windows media player. I haven't ruled out some configuration item on my PC though.

Any help is appreciated.

Hmmm.. no such problems here.

Use "Save Link As" to save the .m3u file, and then post it here (as an attachment).

Thanks

Nope, looks fine to me.

And just for you, I even fired up VMware, installed WinAmp under Win98se, and ran some playlists through it from my Empeg.. not a single glitch.

Maybe try the latest version (2.78?) of Winamp -- that's what I just tried here.

Well I got it to work. Even though I selected 'No Internet" for the proxy config, Winamp was still trying to use the default proxy. Unforunteately, we have a machine named 'proxy' - that's why I was getting 404s and not connection errors.

All in all, a bunch of errors lead to the impression of an almost working system
