Having just got my new Rio 10gb working, I connected it to the AUX in of my nice Class A Valve amp at home, and it sounds pretty good for mp3's:). Then I started button pushing and managed to alter the default settings in the Equaliser, and am wondering how much I have changed them.

Anyone know how to reset the equaliser to default?

If I upgrade to 1.03 will it reset the equaliser to default?

I have still got 1.02 in there, with just a few mp3's, so could do a delete of all if necessary.

Remember there's more than one equalizer preset. 16 presets in fact. You can switch to another one (which is flat by default) and copy the individual band parameters over from it if you like.

As long as all the bands of the equalizer are set to 0db, it is flat.

Mmmm... information overload or in my case " A little knowledge can be dangerous".
I have selected another preset one.
