Hi All

I am having trouble using the FTP on HiJack.

the SITE RW command just keeps comming up with invalid command!!

If anyone can shed some light that would be fantastic

Check the "help" for your FTP client. Some clients use a command name other than SITE for this.. just gotta figure out the name they use.

Try typing "quote site rw". I think the "quote" command sends commands literally or something.

If you are using the Windows version of FTP.EXE the correct commands are

literal site rw
literal site ro

Something for that section of the FAQ, Loren?

Both ``literal'' and ``quote'' do the same thing. ``quote'' tends to be little more portable (to other FTP clients), though.

Yeap. I'm going to whip up tha section tonight. I'm still stalling on the HTTP section for some reason... the procrastinator in me. Mostly because i don't have the time to brush up on all the XML stuff. Still waiting for help on that section =].
