Start with the Hijack FAQ, on RioCar.Org.

Ahhh. Maybe the online help for CuteFTP will illuminate things. Or you could switch to a real FTP client?

Perhaps Loren could, in the FAQ, document how to do the FTP commands in three popular FTP clients:

- Cute
- Windows FTP.EXE
- WS-FTP

That would cover 99 percent of the situations I think.

I personally don't use it, but I've seen most of my friends use FlashFXP lately, so I guess this also gets used alot.
It certainly has taken over CuteFTP's place, but don't ask me why.

That's exactly my plan. I'm going to install them tonight and give it a go. I think i finally cleared off enough time to do it (as long as Kelly doesn't say otherwise ;-)

Anyone ever use FTP Explorer? It is a free program that mimics Windows Explorer. I found it easy to use. Not very powerful, but free - which is perfect for the casual user like me.

Would it be a useful mod to the RioCar.org gallery? I still need to get around to updating that one day, and seeing how much of my custom code got implemented into theirs.

I also should do a patch for the PHPNuke people for the FAQ code, the old stuff was horrible.

I just hacked at their Sub-album implementation in their 1.2.6betas. Their method puts a list of all the subalbums on the main gallery page, i just messed with it to output the list into a select pulldown menu, which is MUCH cleaner. Check it out at http://www.skivvies.com/photos
