Starting a few Hijacks ago, occasionally my wired Sony remote has a noticable delay in it with the main rotary (winged) knob such as when advancing tracks. Can be delayed for several seconds. Has anyone else noticed this? Is it a function of the hack on the Sony remote?

I think there might be some extra debug messages being printed to the serial port in recent releases. Try increasing the speed of the in-car serial port (instructions in the FAQ somewhere) to see if that solves your problem.
