I know the audience they're speaking to, and that's my mom. What's the problem? She has a Mac at work, and has nothing but problems. Plus, I just want to slap some of those people "I'm so-and-so, and I saved Christmas!" UGH! How annoying. Besides, that particular one was a bunch of crap. As if you don't have to download drivers for a Mac. I have and I don't even own one! I hooked up somebody else's camera to my PC for a 20 minute demonstration, and it only took about 2 minutes to get everything installed. That father of the girl in that commercial is an idiot.
