not sure your standards of formatting for recipes, so bear with me.
prep : ~25 minutes.
bake time ~10 min per batch
oven temp : 375 f
recipe yield : ~60 cookies
3/4 cup butter/margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar (granulated)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup (heres where the butterscotch came in) chopped nuts
or chocolate chips or variant
1. beat butter and peanut butter at medium speed until combined. add sugar, brown
sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. beat until combined. beat in eggs and vanilla.
beat as much flour in as can be, stirring in the rest. stir in oats and your form of nuts/chips.
2. drop rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. 375 f about
10 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. let cool.
