I haven't played video games in nearly a year, I think, but when I do, I still stick to the old school MAME stuff. I quit playing new games around about Doom II. Tried Quake for about 20 minutes, and it made me nauseous.

I played the old scroller version non-stop through my last years of high school. This game *ruled*. I wouldn't mind taking a crack at this new version.
