I also deal with the small business unit at Dell and have had very good experiences, even before I bought enough stuff to get gold tech support (3yr) & the 'all damage' coverage on the laptops added gratis. That said, I've had very, very few problems of import over the last 8 years I've bought things from them. A dead drive or two, some bad RAM, the odd fan, one video board catching fire in France:

I did go through three 8mm Sony Autoloaders on one server before switching to LTO.

I've not used any of their printers however, nor their PDA's. I don't call them for software issues (nor anyone - I have you guys! )

Their middle level stuff is not the least expensive however. The real deals are the coupon/special offer stuff; although they seem to be consistently pushing the costs down hard on displays. They must be loss leaders, I can't imagine there's that much excess manufacturing capacity for those screens.
