Erm, no, the point was that [email protected] is an alias for our entire clientbase. If you were able to send email to it this would be a bad thing.

One person did try - a famous online rights activist wasn't too happy with the commercial nature of the survey or the fact that it was required to enter an email address. He should know that the best place to reach a wide audience of empeg owners and start a flame war is right here :-)
