When I had a Dell under warranty, I received pretty good customer support from them. Once, when they couldn't fix a problem I had over the phone, they sent a tech out to my freshman dorm room. I was pretty impressed by that.

Anyway, why do you need tech support on a monitor? There's only a small chance you'll need to call tech support for something like that, so I wouldn't base my decision on a product like this over customer support. I could care less.

Furthermore, burdell1, why are you calling customer support on a monitor I assume you don't even own yet? Do you mean you're calling their ordering line or something?
