Yeah. I used to do phone tech support for monitors. 95% of the calls were "Yup, sounds bad. Here's an RMA", 4% were "Your monitor hurts your eyes because you're running at 87Hz interlaced refresh rate", and 1% were other setup problems, like "turn the power on" or "you have to plug that 15-pin cable into your computer" or similar.
